Hello patrons!  

Welcome to another month of Mice Tea development! We know a lot of our players were anticipating this story update, which resolves a big cliffhanger that we ended the last Gavin release on. With that in mind, let's get straight to it!  

New Story - New Day in the Gavin Path and New Short End 

Last time we saw an update in Gavin's story, it ended with Margaret discovering something that totally upended her relationship with Gavin. It was a much more dramatic sequence than we usually end updates on, and we know players have been itching to see how it resolves. Margaret has a big decision to make, which means players have that same choice to make. Based on a branch in the new update, you can see a new short end or a continuation of the main path of the Gavin route. We hope the wait will be worth it!  

New Art - Two New CGs and a Transformation Sequence 

Both KDhynamo and UBF have been hard at work wrapping up CGs that you last saw in sketch form. The Day 4 intimate scene featuring Gavin and Margaret is now complete and features a lot of great art to appeal to fans of micro content. For micro fans who want things a little sweeter, KD has completed a scene that appears during the morning of Day 5. Also found on Day 5 is Gavin's transformation, which now is fully illustrated. You can re-read these sections to refresh yourself on what's at stake in this new release.  

New Art - New Sprite Elements 

It's a bit of a spoiler so we're not going to show it off here, but we've got a decent amount of new sprite variations and poses that show off our characters. Julie, Gavin, and Margaret all get new art and we're already mad that Julie's new element only appears once in the game. Maybe we'll figure out another use for it later.

New Music - Happy Theme 

With all the character themes accounted for, Will is working on the interstitial music that fills in the gaps of the story. This new tune is for low-key moments when the characters are out on the town and other similar scenes. You can listen to it straight from the Music Page under the Extras Menu where you'll find it under the title of "Easy Days," or you can listen to it in the new story content. Either way, we think you'll agree it's a great addition to the game.
